Having witnessed some unethical business methodologies and practices across the industry, Concordia Residential Limited is a managing agent created to offer the most highly ethical approach yet. Our founder firmly believes that developments and blocks can be managed in a harmonious, courteous and ethical way.  Therefore, our services are transparent and honest. Clients benefit from reasonable costs and fair management. This is all in accordance with the lease, the law and managing agent contractual terms.

In developing Concordia Residential, we spent a lot of time considering why we wanted to form, and what our purpose and objectives would be. As a result, our mission statement (see below) gives the full perspective as to our motives and aims. Whilst we do wish to make a profit as a business, we believe this should be fair and reasonable.

We do not consider self nominated industry awards to be important. To us, customer satisfaction and happiness is paramount.

We have seen first-hand the malpractice and unethical business methodologies in the industry, which have caused financial and moral upset to leaseholders. Concordia Residential Limited offer a service that is transparent, open and fair. Customers and clients benefit from reasonable costs and clear, fair management in accordance with their lease, the law and the managing agent contractual teems.
